Vendor Seminar Opportunities
Network, educate, inspire, and share with attendees on the evening of Tuesday, April 25 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM!
Exhibitors will have an opportunity to host a Vendor Seminar. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce new products, give in-depth technical demonstrations and present product updates. These will be held in session rooms for one hour increments and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, please contact email@example.com. Applications are reviewed/assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is approved, the applicant will receive a confirmation from Exhibit Management. At that time you must submit payment online under your exhibitor account or mail a check payable to: ABRF, ABRF Meeting Management, 9650 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20814-3998, Fax: 301-634-7014.
ABRF’s name, logo, meeting name and/or meeting logo may NOT be used on any printed material without approval.
No promotional materials may be distributed prior, during or after the ABRF Annual Meeting without the prior written approval of ABRF. Promotional and invitation materials may not be distributed in the Annual Meeting hotel or guest rooms. Approved Advertising and Sponsorships are available to assist with these affiliate/vendor event needs also.
